If you’re looking for a quick and healthy snack for you (or your little ones), look no further!  These chocolate protein energy bites are the perfect snack — packed with lots of protein and fiber!  Not to mention, they’re tasty too.

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Dry Rolled Oats

2/3 Cup Coconut Flakes

1/2 Cup Peanut Butter

1/4 Cup Chocolate Protein Powder

1/4 Cup Mini-Chocolate Chips

1/3 Cup Honey

1 TBSP Chia Seeds

2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients together.  Place parchment paper on top of a cookie sheet and then form mixture into bite-sized balls and place on the parchment paper.  After all balls are formed, set in the fridge for 1 hour.  Store in air-tight container in the fridge.
