Ranch Chicken, Potato, Green Bean Bake

Are you looking for a recipe that is easy, healthy, and guarantees every member of your family will enjoy (even those picky toddlers)?

Well let me introduce you to the Ranch Chicken, Potato, Green Bean Bake!

O-M-G is this good!

And talk about flexible… you can pre-make this and leave it in the fridge for 24 hours and THEN bake it!

I did that a few weeks ago when I decided to take a trip to Iowa to visit my parents.  My hubby stayed home, so I pre-made a bunch of meals and snacks for him.

THIS was one of the meals I prepped, so all he had to do was take off the tin foil that I’d used to cover it, and put it in the oven at 350 degrees for 35+/- mins!  Done and Done.

Here are the details:


1.5 lbs Chicken Breast (diced)

4-5 Medium Potatoes (diced)

2 Cans Green Beans (drained)

1/4 stick of butter (cut into pieces)

1 Packet Ranch Seasoning



Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.

Spray a cake pan or baking sheet with cooking spray.  I use a 9×13 glass cake pan.

Put diced potatoes into the pan.  Next add the raw chicken (also diced), and then add the drained green beans.

Place pads of butter evenly on top of the mixture.

Sprinkle the entire packet of ranch seasoning on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35+/- minutes (until Chicken is cooked thoroughly and potatoes are at your preferred consistency).
